Holley sniper won t start without throttle?
Finally got to my first start. I contacted Holley, and the first tech. It may stall since the computer won't be able to control the return to idle but if it at least returns to idle you'll know your looking in the right area Also, the engine won't start if the throttle is opened beyond the "Clear Flood TPS" setting.
