My wife just bought a ticket for me and needed to cancel it immediately after purchase when noticed the wrong dates of the flights and they didn't want to cancel it when the purchase was made only few minutes. They advertised a fare from Durban to Melbourne and the fare was paid for 2xtickets. Date of experience: November 26, 2023. It caters to budget-conscious travelers by offering competitive ticket prices to various destinations. Zero stars. I decided to look for reviews about Budgetair because I just purchased a good priced ticket from Toronto to Medellin. The airline is not "a third party" the travel agency is !. Really I hate their service.
